TaKiesha Smith is a DONA‑certified birth doula and Certified Lactation Counselor who supports families across hospital, birth center, and home settings through her private practice, A Caring Doula. She brings extensive experience in perinatal support, lactation education, and community advocacy, and is known for her work as a public speaker and stillbirth awareness advocate. TaKiesha teaches with a focus on equity, trauma‑informed care, and practical, compassionate support for both parents and professionals.
