Authorized Circumstances for Reissuance:
- Legal Name Change
- Requires official documentation (e.g., marriage certificate, court order, government-issued ID)
- Clerical or Administrative Error
- Includes errors in name, course title, or credit calculation attributable to LER (including misspelling or omission of a last name OR UTC time stamp which does not reflect the student’s location)
- Loss or Damage
- Replacement of an existing certificate
- Student not fulfilling all of the requirements for a certificate release
- Not completing a lesson within a bundle of courses
- Not completing the final exam
- Not completing the final evaluation
- System or Accreditor-Driven Updates
- Reformatting due to system transitions or accreditor requirements, without altering original credit or completion data
