Your Certified Breastfeeding Specialist CBS™ certificate is valid from the date of successful completion of the Core Lactation Consultant Course or Lactation Consultant Training Program Enriched, for 5 years.
If your CBS certificate has been expired for less than 3 months, this product can be used to begin the process of renewing it.
Requirements:
- 20 hours of lactation specific education during the 5-year CBS certification period. We will accept certificates from:
- Any LER course EXCEPT the general education package
- A company or organization who is meeting their obligations under the WHO Code for the Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and relevant WHA resolutions.
