CBS Renewal Fee

Your Certified Breastfeeding Specialist certificate is valid for five years, starting from the date of successful completion of your CBS-eligible course.

To renew your CBS:

• Complete 20 CERPs
• Can be from LER or any CERP-eligible provider
• Must be completed during your 5 year CBS certified period
• Pay the CBS renewal fee
• Must be paid on or before your CBS expiration date
• Upload CERP certificates to LER
• Watch your email for instructions on how to upload your CERP certificates (will arrive within one business day)
• Your new 5 year CBS certificate will be released following verification of your CERPs
