Recording
- Record your voice, actions, likeness, and performance on video, audio, or digital medium during the project
Usage and Distribution
- Use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the recording for:
- Internal company communications and training materials
- Marketing and promotional content
- Website and social media posts
- Presentations and conferences
- Future LER projects and materials
Ownership
- LER will own all rights to the finished video and any excerpts
- The final video may be edited and portions of your participation may not appear in the final version

Voluntary Participation: This is voluntary with no monetary compensation required.
Future Use: Content may be used in future LER projects without additional consent.
Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent before filming begins by contacting the project team.
Editing: You understand the video will be edited and your full participation may not appear in the final version.
